Asahi Songwon's Board has approved the financial results for the quarter. Consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹149.88 Cr, with a profit of ₹3.16 Cr attributable to owners. Standalone results showed revenue of ₹106.13 Cr and profit of ₹5.53 Cr. Segment-wise, Pigments contributed ₹124.50 Cr in revenue and ₹7.81 Cr in profit. The API segment generated ₹26.83 Cr in revenue but reported a loss of ₹0.44 Cr. Additionally, the company appointed M/s. SPANJ & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years, following an Audit Committee suggestion.
