Piramal Enterprises Limited — Board Meeting, 29-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Piramal Enterprises (PEL) has announced a board meeting where it approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported a consolidated net profit of ₹276.37 Cr on a total income of ₹2,693.53 Cr.

The Board also gave its nod to raise up to ₹1,000 Cr through Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures via private placement, to be issued in tranches until March 2026. This move aims to strengthen the company's financial position. Additionally, the merger scheme of PEL with its subsidiary Piramal Finance (PFL) is progressing, with RBI approval received and NCLT application pending.
