This change comes ahead of the company's ongoing merger with Piramal Finance Limited (PFL). Upon the successful completion of this strategic merger, Mr. Vikash Singhla, currently the CFO of PFL, will assume the CFO position for the combined entity, ensuring a smooth leadership transition aligned with the consolidation.
