MRP Agro Limited's board has announced key decisions from its recent meeting. The company will hold its 7th Annual General Meeting on August 25. The board also approved the re-appointment of Mrs. Raksha Jain as Non-Executive Director and appointed new Secretarial and Internal Auditors for FY25-26. Significantly, the company plans to issue up to 3.92 lakh fully convertible warrants to promoters and promoter group. These warrants, priced at Rs. 130 per share, could raise approximately Rs. 5.09 crore, strengthening the company's capital base. Warrants are convertible into equity shares within 18 months.
