BFL Asset Finvest Ltd — Results, 29-07-2025: Result

BFL Asset Finvest's Board approved the financial results for the quarter. Revenue from operations stood at Rs. 9.63 Cr, with profit before tax at Rs. 6.59 Cr, and basic EPS at Rs. 6.46. The Board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Mahendra Kumar Baid as Managing Director for three more years, subject to shareholder approval. Following a review, M/s. ABSM & Associates were approved as the new statutory auditors for five years, replacing M/s Khilnani & Associates, also pending shareholder nod. The company also approved holding its 30th Annual General Meeting.
