S.J.S. Enterprises Limited — Board Meeting, 29-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

SJS Enterprises' board has approved strong consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Revenue grew to ₹209.66 Cr from ₹188.62 Cr last year, with profit surging to ₹39.62 Cr from ₹25.24 Cr. The board also approved the allotment of 24,250 equity shares under its ESOP scheme. Furthermore, the previously announced 25% dividend (₹2.5/share) for FY25 was finalized by shareholders. Subsidiaries invested ₹0.81 Cr and ₹0.864 Cr respectively into a solar power project for up to 4.65 MWp. A merger between two subsidiaries, Walter Pack and Plastoranger Advanced, was also approved.
