DB (International) Stock Brokers' board has approved its consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company has announced a board meeting where key leadership appointments were made: Ms. Sheetal Periwal as Joint Managing Director and Mr. Shiv Narayan Daga re-appointed as Chairman cum Managing Director. Three new independent directors (Mr. Navratan Soni, Mr. Varun Aggarwal, Ms. Shila Rathi) were also appointed.
