TV Today Network (TVTODAY) has announced its 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on September 18 via video conference. This meeting will cover the Annual Report for FY2024-25. Significantly for investors, September 11 has been set as the record date to determine eligibility for any declared dividend. If a dividend is approved, payouts are scheduled on or before October 17. Remote e-voting for the AGM will be available from September 15 to September 17, allowing shareholders to participate digitally.
