Tilaknagar Industries' wholly-owned subsidiary, Prag Distillery, has secured an extended Letter of Intent, paving the way for a significant bottling capacity expansion in Andhra Pradesh. This crucial development will add 200 lakh proof litres, approximately 30 lac cases annually. Prag's Board has greenlit the project, committing to pay around Rs 34 Cr in license fees and interest. The holding company, Tilaknagar Industries, has approved the expansion and will provide necessary financial assistance. This strategic move aims to meet growing market demand and bolster operational capabilities in the region.
