Manaksia Steels Limited — Board Meeting, 29-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Manaksia Steels' board approved its Q1 FY26 consolidated financial results, showing revenue of Rs 217.49 Cr and a net profit of Rs 6.48 Cr. The 24th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 23, with e-voting cut-off on September 16. Mrs. Nidhi Baheti's re-appointment as Independent Director and M/s MKB & Associates as Secretarial Auditors were approved, pending shareholder consent. A major strategic decision is expanding the Haldia Colour Coating Line with a second unit, adding 90,000 MT capacity at approx Rs 40 Cr, funded by internal accruals. A new company logo was also adopted.
