Bata India has announced changes in its Senior Management Personnel. Mr. Amit Kumar Gupta, Global Head – Distribution, has resigned to pursue external career opportunities, with his last working day set for September 8, 2025. Concurrently, Mr. Ashish Arora, AVP - Institutional & Distribution Business, is promoted to a Senior Management Personnel (Functional Head) position, effective on or before September 8, 2025. Mr. Arora brings over six years of experience at Bata, having significantly contributed to the company's growth in modern trade, distribution, and institutional business.
