Manaksia Steels has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Standalone revenue was 20,097.78 with a net profit of 634.71, while consolidated revenue reached 21,749.08 and net profit was 648.59. The company announced a significant capacity expansion, adding a second Colour Coating Line in Haldia. This 90,000 MT per annum addition, costing approx. Rs. 40 crore via internal accruals, will boost total capacity to 1,38,000 MT to meet strong market demand. The upcoming AGM will also see a shareholder vote on re-appointing an Independent Director and appointing Secretarial Auditors. A new company logo was adopted.
