Manaksia Steels Limited — Others, 29-07-2025: Change in Auditors

Manaksia Steels' board approved the financial results for the quarter, reporting consolidated revenue of ₹217.49 Cr and profit after tax of ₹6.49 Cr. The company is set for a major capacity expansion, adding a second Colour Coating Line at Haldia. This will boost annual capacity by 90,000 MT to 1,38,000 MT. The ₹40 Cr investment, funded by internal accruals, is expected by Q4 FY26. Separately, a new Aluzinc Coated Steel Line was recently commissioned. Shareholders will also consider re-appointing Mrs. Nidhi Baheti as an Independent Director and appointing MKB & Associates as Secretarial Auditors.
