Le Lavoir's Board has approved several key changes. They proposed the appointment of M/s. Sunit M Chhatbar & Co. as the new statutory auditor for a five-year term, filling a casual vacancy, subject to shareholder approval. The Board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sachin Vishnu Kapse as Managing Director, effective November 8, awaiting shareholder nod. The company's registered office will relocate from Jamnagar to Rajkot within Gujarat. Crucially, the company's business activities are being expanded to include manufacturing and dealing in various machinery, including laundry machines, and venturing into the food products sector, covering items like wheat flour, edible oils, and snacks. This significantly broadens their operational scope. The 44th Annual General Meeting details were also finalized.
