Le Lavoir Limited's board has approved several key changes. The company proposes the appointment of M/s. Sunit M Chhatbar & Co. as its new auditors. Mr. Sachin Vishnu Kapse has been approved for re-appointment as Managing Director, pending shareholder approval. The registered office will be shifted from Jamnagar to Rajkot, remaining within Gujarat. Additionally, the company is altering its Memorandum of Association to expand its business activities into manufacturing and dealing with various machinery, including laundry machines, and a range of food products.
