The Board of Le Lavoir Limited has greenlit several key initiatives. It has put forward the appointment of M/s. Sunit M Chhatbar & Co. as new auditors and the re-appointment of Mr. Sachin Vishnu Kapse as Managing Director, both pending shareholder approval. The company will also relocate its registered office within Gujarat. A significant strategic move includes altering the Memorandum of Association to expand business activities into manufacturing and dealing in various machinery, including laundry equipment, and venturing into the manufacturing and distribution of food products such as wheat flour and snacks. These proposals will be presented to shareholders at the 44th Annual General Meeting on August 20, 2025.
