Vertex Securities Ltd — Updates, 29-07-2025: Company Update

Vertex Securities Limited's Board has approved the financial results for the quarter. Significant leadership changes were also decided: Ms. Meera Haridas, an Executive Director, is now the Chief Financial Officer, effective August 1. Mr. George Mampillil steps down as CFO and transitions to a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director role due to health reasons. Mr. Venkitesh Iyer has been appointed as the new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. The board also re-appointed their Secretarial Auditor for five years and appointed Mr. George Pulingathil Mathew as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, both pending shareholder approval.
