Utkarsh Small Finance Bank (USFBL) has announced its 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on August 22, 2025, at 2:30 PM IST via video conferencing or other audio-visual means. The Bank is sending the AGM notice and Annual Report electronically to shareholders with registered email addresses. To facilitate participation, an e-voting facility will be available through NSDL for all resolutions. Shareholders can find the AGM notice and the Annual Report for 2024-25 on the Bank's website and the respective stock exchange platforms.
