Vertex Securities Ltd — Updates, 29-07-2025: Company Update

Vertex Securities' Board has approved the financial results for the quarter. Significant leadership changes were also announced: Ms. Meera Haridas, currently Executive Director, will become the new Chief Financial Officer from August 1, 2025. Mr. Venkitesh Iyer is appointed as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer from August 18, 2025. Concurrently, Mr. George Mampillil transitions from CFO and Executive Director to a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director due to health reasons. The Board also re-appointed the Secretarial Auditor and approved Mr. George P. Mathew as an Additional Independent Director, both subject to shareholder approval.
