Stanley Lifestyles has injected fresh capital into its subsidiaries to fuel business expansion. The company directly invested approximately ₹50 Cr into its wholly-owned subsidiary, Stanley Retail Ltd, through a rights issue. In turn, Stanley Retail infused approximately ₹2.49 Cr into Sana Lifestyles Ltd and approximately ₹5.68 Cr into Staras Seating Pvt Ltd, both step-down subsidiaries. This strategic capital infusion aims to meet financial requirements and support the group's ongoing business growth initiatives, strengthening the operations of its retail, interior furnishing, and trading arms.
