    Nestlé India has set August 8, 2025, as the Record Date for its 1:1 bonus share issue. This means for every one share you hold, you will receive one additional bonus equity share. Shareholders owning Nestlé India shares by this date will be eligible. The bonus shares are expected to be allotted on August 11, 2025.
