Comfort Commotrade's board has approved the financial results for the quarter. They also set September 5, 2025, as the record date for final dividend eligibility and e-voting for the Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for September 12, 2025. Additionally, Mrs. Nidhi Rohit Grover resigned as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective July 29, 2025. Ms. Sakshi M. Shah has been appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective July 30, 2025, following approval from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The trading window will open on August 1, 2025.
