Zaggle will acquire 100% of Rivpe Technology Private Limited (Rio.Money), a fintech firm specializing in consumer credit cards and UPI, for INR 22 Cr. This strategic acquisition is set to broaden Zaggle's product offerings, integrate Rio.Money's UPI expertise, and enable entry into the consumer credit card market. Rio.Money reported a turnover of Rs. 0.13 Cr for FY2023-24. The cash-based deal is subject to final agreements and is anticipated to be completed within 60-90 days, significantly enhancing Zaggle's fintech presence.
