Electrotherm (India) Ltd. has announced a board meeting where it approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported a consolidated Net Profit of Rs. 27.75 Cr and Revenue from Operations of Rs. 834.05 Cr for the quarter.

The Board also re-appointed Mr. Shailesh Bhandari as Executive Vice Chairman and Mr. Suraj Bhandari as Managing Director for five-year terms. Additionally, the company is reclassifying its authorized share capital, keeping the total unchanged at Rs. 78.59 Cr. A technical consultancy agreement worth Rs. 75 Cr over two years was approved with Prandev Tech and Mr. Mukesh Bhandari.
