Computer Age Management Services Limited — JV/Acquisition, 29-07-2025: Acquisition

CAMS, via its subsidiary CAMS KRA, is set to acquire the KYC Registration Agency (KRA) business from NSE DATA & ANALYTICS LIMITED for a cash consideration of Rs 7 Cr. This strategic move aims to significantly expand CAMS KRA's investor data base by approximately 1.3 million records. As India's second-largest KRA, CAMS expects this acquisition to enhance overall revenues and profitability by leveraging its existing AI-integrated KYC solutions and achieving greater scale. While the acquired unit reported a loss of around Rs 2.59 Cr on Rs 2.76 Cr revenue in FY25, CAMS is positioning for stronger market dominance in investor services.
