Future Enterprises Limited — Others, 29-07-2025: Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process

Future Enterprises, currently undergoing a corporate insolvency process, has announced an interim distribution to its debenture holders. Proceeds of 508 Cr were generated from the sale of certain company assets. The Committee of Creditors approved both the asset sale and the plan for this interim distribution. The National Company Law Tribunal has now permitted this interim payment, which is subject to final adjustments. To determine which debenture holders are eligible for this distribution, the company has set a record date. This provides an interim recovery for debenture holders from the company's asset liquidation.
