Zee Learn Limited — Important, 29-07-2025: General Updates

Zee Learn's subsidiary, Digital Venture Pvt Ltd (DVPL), saw a significant development regarding its insolvency proceedings. The NCLAT allowed the withdrawal of an appeal, following a settlement with Assets Care and Reconstruction Enterprise (ACRE), a financial creditor that had claimed Rs 1,063.54 Cr. This enables DVPL to file an application to withdraw its entire Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) at the NCLT Mumbai. The NCLT is urged to decide within a month. The existing stay on CIRP remains in effect, indicating progress towards resolving this major financial liability.
