ENIL reported Q1FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹117 Cr, a 3.0% YoY increase, with EBITDA at ₹6.2 Cr. Domestic revenues rose 3.2% to ₹113 Cr, driven by strong growth in Events, Solutions (up 33%), and the Digital business. The digital segment, including Gaana, posted revenues of ₹21.7 Cr (up 41.2%), now contributing 40.7% to core radio advertising revenue, achieved with reduced investment. Radio advertising was subdued. ENIL maintains a strong balance sheet with a ₹349 Cr cash reserve, reflecting successful multimedia diversification.
