GMR AIRPORTS LIMITED — Board Meeting, 29-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

GMR Airports' board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, with consolidated revenue at ₹3,205.23 Cr and a net loss of ₹137.11 Cr. The company also received approval to raise up to ₹6,000 Cr via Non-Convertible Bonds for refinancing. Strategically, GMR Airports has commenced operations of the Delhi Duty-Free and taken over the Delhi Cargo Terminal business. Further, its Hyderabad subsidiary completed the acquisition of ESR GMR Logistics Park for ₹41.27 Cr, making it a wholly-owned unit. A new Secretarial Auditor was also appointed for a five-year term.
