Zydus Lifesciences Limited — Important, 29-07-2025: General Updates

Zydus Lifesciences, through its French subsidiary, has completed the acquisition of an 85.6% controlling stake in Amplitude Surgical SA, France. The block acquisition was for Euro 256.8 million (approx. ₹2,311 crore). This strategic move aims to expand Zydus's medical technology footprint. The company will now initiate a mandatory tender offer for the remaining shares at Euro 6.25 per share, aiming to secure over 90% ownership. Following this, Zydus plans to delist Amplitude Surgical SA via a compulsory squeeze-out. This enhances Zydus's global portfolio.
