This facility, which contributed ₹43.84 Cr (26.53%) to the company's turnover last financial year, will be consolidated with existing facilities in Tambaram due to strategic considerations. This move aims to streamline operations. Additionally, Mr. S. Vivekanandan has been appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, a key managerial personnel role, following the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's decision.
