Barflex Polyfilms will hold its 20th Annual General Meeting to adopt financial results for FY2024-25. The company posted standalone revenue of ₹97.54 Cr and PAT of ₹15.49 Cr, both lower than the previous year. A major highlight was the successful IPO, which raised ₹12.31 Cr through fresh equity issuance and led to its listing on NSE Emerge. This diluted promoter stake to 66.73%. The company also acquired a 60% stake in Barflex Flexibles Private Limited during FY25 and a 51% stake in BA Flexpack Private Limited subsequently with a ₹1.80 Cr investment. Shareholders will consider director re-appointments and new auditor appointments. No dividend was proposed for the year.
