Tourism Finance Corporation of India (TFCI) has set August 14, 2025, as the Record Date for determining shareholder eligibility for a dividend. Shareholders holding shares on this date will be eligible for a dividend of Rs. 3 per equity share (30%) for FY2024-25, subject to approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
