EPS for the period was Rs 16.35. Additionally, the company is seeing a change in its key management: Aditya Sharma has resigned as Company Secretary, effective August 5. Ms. R Swetha has been appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, expected to join by September 15, based on the Nomination & Remuneration Committee's suggestion.
