Revenue from operations for the quarter stood at 196.69 Crore, with Profit After Tax at 20.41 Crore and Earnings Per Share at 16.35. Separately, the Board noted the resignation of Sri Aditya Sharma as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective August 5, 2025. Following input from the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, Ms. R Swetha has been appointed as the new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, expected to join by September 15, 2025, bringing 10 years of experience.
