Medico Remedies' Board has decided on key leadership changes. Mr. Harshit Mehta is re-appointed as Managing Director for three years from September 17, 2025. Mr. Haresh Mehta, Chairman & Whole-Time Director, will continue his directorship despite turning 70. Mr. Maheshkumar Darji joins as an Additional Executive Director. The Board also approved Ms. Shreya Shah as the new Secretarial Auditor for five years, following Mr. Haresh Sanghvi's resignation due to medical reasons. All these changes are pending shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
