Medico Remedies' board has approved key leadership and auditor changes, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Mr. Harshit Mehta is re-appointed as Managing Director for three years. Mr. Haresh Mehta will continue as Chairman & Whole-Time Director past age 70. Additionally, Mr. Maheshkumar Darji joins as an Additional Executive Director. The company also announced the resignation of Mr. Haresh Sanghvi as Secretarial Auditor due to medical grounds and the appointment of Ms. Shreya Shah for a five-year term as the new Secretarial Auditor.
