Medico Remedies' board has approved significant leadership and auditor changes. Mr. Harshit Mehta is re-appointed as Managing Director for three years. Mr. Haresh Mehta will continue as Chairman & Whole-Time Director, ensuring continuity despite reaching 70. Mr. Maheshkumar Darji, General Manager – Plant, joins as an Additional Executive Director. The company also saw the resignation of Secretarial Auditor Mr. Haresh Sanghvi due to medical grounds, with Ms. Shreya Shah appointed for a five-year term. All director and auditor appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
