SKM Egg Products Export (India) Limited — Board Meeting, 30-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

SKM Egg Products' board has approved the financial results for the quarter and announced a final dividend of Rs 1.50 per equity share, pending shareholder approval. Consolidated revenue from operations for the quarter stood at Rs 175.70 Cr, a significant jump from Rs 117.84 Cr in the previous year's corresponding quarter. Net profit for the period rose to Rs 16.28 Cr from Rs 12.08 Cr. The 30th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 3, 2025. The board also appointed VRBB & Associates as Internal Auditor and Shri Saiprasath as Secretarial Auditor.
