Southern Magnesium and Chemicals has announced a board meeting on 07th August to consider the financial results for the quarter ended 30th June. The Board will also review the re-appointment of Mr. N Ravi Prasad as Managing Director and CEO, and Mr. N Rajender Prasad as Joint Managing Director and CFO, each for three years, pending shareholder ratification. Additionally, plans for the upcoming 39th Annual General Meeting will be discussed. The trading window for insiders remains closed from 1st July until 48 hours after the results are publicly released.
