Maharashtra Seamless Limited — Board Meeting, 30-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Maharashtra Seamless's board has approved its consolidated financial results for Q1 FY25. The company posted a net profit of Rs. 230.30 Cr, with revenue from operations at Rs. 1,145.27 Cr. EPS for the quarter was Rs. 17.19. The board also proposed Mrs. Dipika Agarwal's appointment as an Independent Director for five years. Furthermore, M/s Ajit Mishra & Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term. Both appointments await shareholder approval.
