Indraprastha Gas Limited — Board Meeting, 30-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Indraprastha Gas (IGL) reported Q1 FY25 consolidated financial results. Consolidated Total Comprehensive Income was ₹427.73 Cr, a decrease from ₹479.42 Cr in the prior year. This came despite strong operational growth, with Total Net Revenue from Operations up 11% to ₹3913.85 Cr and overall gas volumes increasing 6%. However, EBIDTA saw a 12% decline to ₹511.75 Cr. The company's share in associate profits contributed ₹74.77 Cr, while its new meter manufacturing subsidiary, IGL Genesis Technologies, reported a loss of ₹1.30 Cr.
