Electrosteel Castings has completed its strategic acquisition of T.I.S Services S.p.A, an Italian firm. Following earlier board approval and a share purchase agreement, the company remitted Euro 11.50 million to acquire 100% shareholding. With the successful transfer of share certificates, T.I.S Services S.p.A is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Electrosteel. This move enhances the company's global presence and broadens its operational capabilities, marking a key step in expanding its international business.
