JBM Auto's Board has revamped its Audit Committee. Mrs. Pravin Tripathi will serve as Chairperson. Significantly, Mr. Valipe Ramgopal Rao has been appointed as a new Independent Director on the committee, effective immediately. Mr. Praveen Kumar Tripathi (Independent Director) and Mr. Dhiraj Mohan (Whole-time Director) remain members. This strategic re-constitution aims to bolster corporate governance.
