IIFL Finance board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated Net Profit stood at ₹274.17 Cr, with Total Income at ₹2,959.30 Cr. Basic EPS was ₹5.49. Asset quality showed Gross NPAs at 2.34% and Net NPAs at 1.13%.
