Mahindra & Mahindra Limited — Board Meeting, 30-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. (M&M) board approved strong consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Revenue from Operations surged to Rs 45,435.88 crore, a significant jump from Rs 37,010.06 crore last year. Profit after Tax (attributable to owners) also saw a robust increase to Rs 4,083.32 crore, compared to Rs 3,282.63 crore previously. Basic Earnings Per Share (EPS) for the quarter stood at Rs 36.58, up from Rs 29.44. M&M's core Automotive and Farm Equipment segments continue to drive this performance.
