Neuland Laboratories Limited — Others, 30-07-2025: Shareholders meeting

Neuland Laboratories held its 41st Annual General Meeting where shareholders adopted the audited financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. A final dividend of Rs. 12.00 per equity share for FY25 was approved. Shareholders also re-appointed Dr. Christopher M. Cimarusti and Mr. Davuluri Saharsh Rao as Directors. Additionally, Mr. Davuluri Saharsh Rao was re-appointed as Vice Chairman & Managing Director. The appointment of Secretarial Auditors and ratification of Cost Auditors' remuneration were also approved. All proposals passed with strong majority shareholder support.
