Xpro India's Q1 FY26 standalone net profit declined to INR 4.30 Cr from INR 14.02 Cr, despite revenue growth to INR 144.90 Cr. Consolidated results show a net loss of INR 5.48 Cr. This major drop stems from a significant INR 16.72 Cr foreign exchange loss due to an 8.5% EUR/INR rate surge, impacting Euro-denominated borrowings. The new UAE subsidiary's 'Outside India' segment also posted a INR 9.39 Cr loss. Post-quarter, the company allotted 1.27 million shares from warrant conversions. A dividend of INR 2/share for FY25 was approved.
