Standalone revenue was 9.48 Cr, yielding a profit after tax of 0.65 Cr. A key operational change involves merging the Plastic and Yarn divisions into a new 'Plastic Division'. The board also approved the appointment of M/s Chirag Shah & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
