Supreme Industries' Q1 FY26 saw 6% volume growth, but net product value dipped 1%. Operating profit was Rs 344 Cr (-19%), PAT Rs 202 Cr (-26%), mainly due to early monsoon & Rs 50-60 Cr inventory loss from PVC price drops.
Despite Q1, the company is bullish. FY26 plastic piping volume growth is now eyed at 15-17%, with overall 14-15%. EBITDA margin seen at 14.5-15.5%. Key moves include the Rs 310 Cr Wavin acquisition, boosting piping capacity to 10 lakh tons. The company secured 4.31 lakh LPG cylinder orders & a first gas pipe order. Total Rs 1,350 Cr CapEx is funded internally. Channel inventory is low, expecting restocking.
